We Miss You Grandma and Grandpa

Lance's parents drove out from Utah in their motor home to pay the boys a birthday visit. We were so busy having fun that we forgot to take lots of pictures while they were visiting. Last night we drove up to their motor home to take these pictures. Brycen was fascinated by the motor home. He now wants one of course. Zac is so sweet he always tries to take care of Grandpa; he likes to always hold his hand, and at dinner he kept checking to make sure Grandpa had enough food.
This one is my favorite. Grandpa was tickling Brycen and Brycen was just cracking up.
Zac loves when Grandma and Grandpa come to visit, but he understand that they do eventually have to go back home. Brycen on the other hand, thought it made perfect sense for them to just live in the motor home forever.
Scott still lives to cuddle with Grandma even though he no longer fits on her lap.

This my only action shot. Lance and Brycen are having a big wheel race; while both grandpas chat and enjoy the view of the Sierras.

We took everyone to John's Incredible Pizza for a little birthday party on Saturday. Lance took the boys about a month ago and loved it. Of course that was on a Thursday afternoon and the place was basically empty. As Grandpa said, "It's like Chucky Cheese on Steroids." It has all the games, but it also has indoor carnival rides. It is flashy and loud and was very crowded. Scott spent the whole time covering his ears. The other boys loved it of course. The adults all left feeling a little dizzy--except Lance who is just like a kid himself! As for me, I think that will be my last trip to John's Pizza thank you.

Carolyn and I also got to spend a fun day together--just the two of us. My dad even picked Brycen up from school so we could have lots of time to shop. What a great day!

Grandma and Grandpa gave the boys a Wii for there birthday and Uncle Mitchell gave them Guitar Hero. We are all loving it. I will post pictures soon I have to redo the Guitar Hero ones. Thank you for the great gifts! You rock Mitchell--and now so do we!

Let's see some pictures of you guys rocking out. Or of the boys playing Wii tennis. I didn't know if Guitar Hero Aerosmith was too hard rock for you guys. Lance was more into Tears 4 Fears and Depeche Mode growing up.

Looks like fun. I heard even Grandma Carolyn tried Guitar Hero. I would have paid money to see a picture of that.

OK, now we really officially have to visit, you have wii and also, the kids would love the pizza place (with daddy's only supervision, wouldn't you say?)
